BACK ORDERED ITEMS

Occasionally, high demand causes us to run out of certain items. When this happens, Tydel Hawaii will immediately notify you via email or phone call that your item has either been back ordered or cancelled, depending on availability. Tydel Hawaii will able to ship those items in stock right away and back order items will be shipped once it becomes available.

We also accept money orders or payment through Western Union Bank when you place your order through email or phone call. Please make payable to: " Tydel Hawaii ". Please note: Your payment must be cleared before your order can be shipped and allow extra time for your payment clearance processing.

For rush orders or international orders, we recommend that you send your payment through Western Union Bank, payment can be received within 24 hours, we will process and ship your order after received the payment. please contact your local branch for more information.

COLOR ACCURACY

We try to show our products as accurately as possible on our web page, however, because the quality and color balance of each computer monitor screen is different, the products that you see on your monitor may differ slightly in color.

SALES TAX

There is no sales tax on any order delivered to out of Hawaii state. A 4.712% tax will be added to any order placed from Hawaii.
