RETURNS and REFUNDS POLICY
Your complete satisfaction with your purchase is very important to Tydel Hawaii. For any reason you are not satisfied with the item(s) you received, if you would like to return the merchandise for refund, please follow our return policy as below.
* Tydel Hawaii will accept your request for refund within 15 days from the invoice date.
* No refund for special custom made items, bulk orders and wholesale orders.
* No return and refund can be given for returning items received after 15 days (start from the invoice date through return postal stamp date).
* There is a 15% re-stocking fee for the return merchandise.
* Customer is responsible for all the shipping fees.
* Item(s) being returned must be in its original condition, unwashed and unworn, upon examination, if the return item is not in its original condition (damaged, discolor, stained, smoking odor, garment tags or labels were removed ...)or missed our 15 days return requirement, no refund will be credited to your account. Shipping fee is responsible by customer.
* Please pack and seal the item(s) to be returned securely in the original package (If possible), please include a copy of your orderís invoice, please provide the last four number of your original credit card and the security code of the card, a short notice for reason of returning on the back of the invoice. Tydel Hawaii is not responsible for lost items or any delay from the shipment. Tydel Hawaii recommends that you ship the item(s) to be returned via an insured carrier if possible.
*Your refund will be credited to your original credit card account after the returned merchandise was cleared from inspection, please allow two billing cycles to be appeared on your statement, Please note, Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Tydel Hawaii will gladly accept your request to exchange an item(s) within 15 days from your invoice date, should you have any question regarding your exchange request, Please feel free to contact us at email@example.com
* No exchange for items received after 15 days (start from the invoice date through return postal stamp date).

* Customer is responsible for all the shipping cost.
* For orders within United States, There is a $7.50 for exchange shipping and handling fee for the first item, additional item add $2.00 per item. No restocking fee will be applied for exchange merchandise. For International orders please contact us for more details.
* The exchange items must be in its original condition, unwashed and unworn, if the exchange item is not in its original condition (damaged, discolor, stained, smoking odor, garment tag or labels were removed ...), it will be returned back to customer at customer expense.
* Please pack and seal the item(s) to be returned securely in the original package (If possible), please include a copy of the invoice of your order, for shipping and handling fee, if you would like to charge on your credit card, please provide your card number, expired date and the security code of the card.
* Please provide the details of the items that you would like to exchange, such as item number, size, color ...
* Shipping back the merchandise, we recommends that you ship the merchandise via an insured carrier if possible, Tydel Hawaii is not responsible for lost items or any delay delivery caused by the shipment.
* The exchange merchandise will be shipped back via US-Postal priority mail, if you need to receive the merchandise sooner, express mail is the only option and shipping cost will much higher, please contact us with your request.
