SHIPPING INFORMATION

FOR U.S. CONTINENTAL

We ship orders via US-Postal Priority (approximate take 5 days) or US-Postal Express (approximate take 2 days), delivery time will depend on the destination and under control by US-Post Office. We do not guaranty the date of the delivery, it's under control from US-Postal service. We are not responsible for any "delay", "Miss delivery", "lost" or "damaged" caused by the delivery carrier, insurance is optional and must request by customer.

Please make sure someone will be at your shipping address to receive the package, the mailman will not leave the package if no one there and the package will be taken back to your local post office, we are not responsible for the delay when this happened. If you would like to have your package leave around your house, please let your mailman know, to prevent the package being stolen, we can't leave any instruction on the shipping label.

For Express mail, signature is required, please make sure someone will be at the shipping address to sign and receive the package, we are not responsible for any delay of the delivery when there is no one to accept the package.

Customer is responsible for the shipping charge and no refundable due to:

1) Uncorrected shipping address provided by customer.

2) Package was returned from Post Office due to Unclaimed package from customer.

3) Package was refused by customer.

4) No one receive the package at the shipping address when deliver.

* Free shipping for all orders of $50.00 or more, this offer is available for USA address only and ship via US-Post Priority. Bulk orders and wholesale orders are not available for this offer.

We ship International orders via US-Postal Express Mail International and US-Post Priority Mail International, Please allow extra time to process your order and delivery time, payment is required in advance. Additional shipping fee will apply to your order.

There are 3 options to process your order :

1- Send Money orders to " Tydel Hawaii ", order will be processed upon your payment is cleared.

2- Send payment through Western Union Bank. For more information please go to www.westernunion.com and look for branch location on your country.

3- Send your payment through PayPal account if you have PayPal account.
